Overview

I offer caring support for a range of conditions such as stress, anxiety, lack of confidence, weight-loss, IBS, phobias, habit control and much more. Each person's treatment plan is tailored to his or her needs and I use CBT, NLP and coaching and mindfulness alongside clinical hypnosis to give the most comprehensive and appropriate approach. I will do home visits by arrangement should your personal circumstances require me to do so.
