Why Attend?
Hypnotherapists often support clients through intense emotional experiences, making them susceptible to burnout. Despite having therapeutic tools, practitioners are not immune to feeling overwhelmed and may struggle with self-care. This CPD provides practical tools and actionable insights to help hypnotherapists create sustainable self-care routines that prevent burnout, reinforce resilience, and establish a strong foundation for a long-term, thriving practice.

With over 25 years in Holistic Wellness, Training & Development, Business Support & Mentoring, I’m passionate about helping others build balanced lives. My journey into hypnotherapy began after experiencing major life changes, including the loss of my mum, the challenges of raising a SEN teen, and a personal health crisis involving severe migraines, hospitalization, and weight gain. Taking time to focus on self-care, I sought therapeutic support and eventually retrained as a Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist.

Recent Experience
I was commissioned by Sheffield Business to design and deliver three workshops specifically tailored for business owners across diverse sectors, including fellow therapists. These workshops focus on essential areas such as self-care, personal effectiveness, imposter syndrome, and fostering a resilient business mindset. Now completing the second round, these sessions have received highly positive feedback and strong engagement from participants. I am currently in discussions with other agencies to extend these offerings to a wider audience.
