About Your Trainer: Beverley Longhurst

Beverley Longhurst is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in breast cancer with over a decade of experience in healthcare. She is a certified clinical hypnotherapist (London Hypnotherapy Academy) and a yoga teacher. Beverley runs private virtual clinics and was a founding practitioner of the health tech platform Perci Health. She has extensive experience in palliative care and symptom control, having successfully used clinical hypnotherapy as a resource for countless oncology patients and carers. Currently, she works with a charity providing free expert care and advice to people with life-limiting illnesses across five London boroughs.
