Learning Objectives: Have you ever felt with Weight Loss clients that you are wading through treacle? I used to find that lowering a client’s stress level simply wasn’t enough. I often felt stuck with little or no progress as far as my client’s Weight Loss was concerned, even if the client felt happier and less stressed. I felt the need to offer something more specific. After all, they had come to me with expectations and I wanted to fulfil them. So I developed Weight Loss – A Mindset Approach.
Course Structure:
This CPD is designed to:
✅ Demonstrate our unique method ✅ Equip you with tools for individual and group sessions ✅ Work both face-to-face and online.
It is very Solution Focused, and it is NOT about body weight, calories or food. Your clients will learn about the brain and gain insight into their eating habits. This knowledge is empowering and you will be offering strategies to make it so much easier for clients to change their eating behaviours and get rid of cravings. Clients will enjoy a new feeling of self-control and achievement.
When you attend this CPD, you will receive all the materials that I have created for Weight Loss. You can then personalise the content to make it your own and get started as soon as you wish. The package includes:
- How to get started, the advertising materials that I have devised, flyers etc. and information about how I advertise and fill places.
- The emails and booking forms for clients.
- Two versions of my PowerPoint presentation. One is spread over two sessions, the other over three with an explanation of the rationale behind this.
- Self-awareness exercises and session notes for clients.
- Language pattern and a link to copyright-free music that you can use with no restrictions.

The CPD takes approximately three and a half hours. During the session, Sarah emails the whole package to you. We look through it together. Sarah is happy to give further advice and support on the day and afterwards. You will not feel rushed.
