Nichola's Hypnotherapy practice guides you how to rewire your mind and alter habitual subconscious patterns that allow you to push through limiting beliefs and thrive in life. She has a wide range of experience in a variety of issues that can influence our lives, such as; anxiety, stress, self-confidence, self-love, career change, smoking, emotional weight, sleep plus so much more.

Nichola specialises in working with children and families who are feeling anxious and/or experienced trauma . She has been practising Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching and Heart Math Protocol for several years in both the UK, New Zealand and Australia. Nichola is registered with both the National Council for Hypnotherapy UK and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. She completed her initial training with Hypnosis New Zealand in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy and continuously expands her expertise and techniques through regular training with experts across the globe.
