1) Children and Young Adults

As a 23-year-old, I'm in a unique situation to work with those close to my age. I may be more aware of the worries that the youth are experiencing.

2) Adults 

When working with adults, I may be able to give a different point of view than older therapists. If we have been facing the same issue for years or decades, it can be easy to think that it has become a part of us. However, we always have the potential to change!

3) Sports Mental Coaching

As a keen athlete, I have realised that the mental side of sports is as important as the physical side. My work with various athletes has helped them reach new levels, including breaking national records.

Working in person in Muswell Hill/East Finchley (North London), Leuven and also online.
