Overview

We are a friendly practise based near Canterbury, working both in person at our therapy room and online. We are trained in Integrative Hypnotherapy and offer a range of techniques to suit our clients and their needs. We enjoy specialising in empowering people to gain control of their lives through addressing issues that include: Weight Management, Stopping Smoking and Vaping, Anxiety and Stress Reduction, Fears and Phobias, Increasing Confidence and working with Insomnia.
