Overview

I'm a qualified hypnotherapist and Goulding Method® SleepTalk Consultant, with professional indemnity insurance and a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNCH), work to their Codes of Ethics and Confidentiality Policies. I also hold PVG membership and am registered with the ICO.

Background

I have worked all over the world, juggling being a wife, mum, and granny, with a successful executive career specialising in corporate communication  - from crisis management to investor relations, public relations, and employee engagement. I understand the pressures of day-to-day life and how we all need a bit of time. I believe time is the greatest gift that we can give ourselves or others.

I offer both in-person (local to Falkirk and the surrounding area) and online sessions, which is tailored to individual clients as well as offering group sessions.

The first step is having an initial conversation to understand, which is the most appropriate solution for you. Everything you share is in confidence and it costs nothing to have that initial conversation.
