My Background

I have enjoyed a successful 15-year career in the corporate sector, working across different continents for both large and small enterprises.

My main expertise lies in change management and PMO. I spent four years in the south of China where I founded a successful education business. My time in the Far East deepened my interest in different cultures, organisational psychology, and understanding how people think and organise themselves. I have always been passionate about motivators and mental health.

My journey into the field of mental health and personal development led me to pursue psychotherapy, as I believe in personal growth on a deeper level.

I founded The Success Quest because I saw a need for solution-focused therapists with real-world business experience who truly understand the stressors and challenges professionals and entrepreneurs face in their day-to-day lives.

Location

I am based in London - W5, W7, Ealing - however I work across different locations in London, including City of London (EC1) and Canary Wharf (E14). I also hold appointments are online - I work with clients all over the UK, as well as overseas.
