Overview

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist dedicated to helping others on their physical, emotional and mental journeys.
We all struggle with work and life situations at certain times and it is very understandable to feel stressed and anxious. Our self confidence and self-esteem can sometimes be challenged during the course of some relationships. Our personal history may also be riddled with phobias, traumas and addictions. So sometimes, we simply need help and support to get back on track and find our ways.

My goal is to first be with you each step of the way, and then give you the tools and techniques so you can apply them independently in the future.

My technical skillset includes Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Rapid Solution Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, EMDR, EMDR+, Transformation process, Timeline therapy and Positive Psychology. I am also a Reiki Practioner and collaborate with a Sophrologist.
