Meet Angela
Hello I am Angela. A verified holistic therapist based in East Ayrshire,
Scotland.
I offer Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy,Neuro Linguistic Therapy, Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Therapy & Counselling.
My practices vary and can be used 1-1 or in group settings. I also run mindfulness groups & retreat days.
I hold various qualifications linked to my practices including a BA (Hons) in Counselling Psychology, a diploma in Hypnotherapy, Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy Diploma, HPD MNCH (reg), Neuro Linguistics Practitioner and I have completed teacher training in Mindfulness for both children and adults to name a few.
My therapy room is a private space open to anyone and is located in Kilmarnock town centre which is accessible by car, train and bus links.
In my spare time I love being in nature, spending time with my family and doing cold water dips, all to better my own mental health!
