I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and coach and I offer a gentle approach that is tailored to you and the way you experience your issue. I believe you have all the resources within you to move forward with your life. Our work together is all about helping you to unlock these resources so you can draw on them, enabling you to create positive, long-lasting changes. We all need a little help sometimes and I can offer you a safe and supportive environment where we can work together at your own pace to gently guide you towards the life that you want to live.
