Overview

Hi,

I'm Stephen.

As a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist, and a graduate of the prestigious Clifton Practise, I combine Solution-Focused Brief therapy, CBT, neuroscience and hypnotherapy to enable rapid and sustainable change in clients.

I practise from Putney in SW London primarily delivering online sessions to clients in the comfort of their home.

My specialism is helping professionals in high pressure careers, who are suffering with mild to moderate anxiety, and related issues, including burnout, imposter syndrome, to name but a few. I also help people address specific phobias and limiting beliefs.

Prior to becoming a hypnotherapist, I was a London based exec for various different US tech companies, so I understand what it's like to live and work in a high pressure environment. Indeed that was my personal catalyst for change.

I love working with people from all walks of life, and bring a positive, forward looking approach to client sessions. Having grown up in the North-East, where appropriate, I like to bring a sense of fun and humour in to sessions.
