As well as being a qualified hypnotherapist and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, Vicki La Bouchardiere has years of experience as an executive coach, speaker, and business owner, and she understands the multifaceted challenges of running a business, allowing her to offer unique tools and techniques to navigate the business world's mental and emotional landscape. She and her partner run "Venture Coaching Ltd" together, offering a unique blend of coaching, accountancy know-how, and hypnotherapy to their entrepreneurial clients, including a thriving mastermind group.

Vicki's approach is rooted in real-world experience. Having run a property development business and navigated the complexities of leadership, including running a business whilst suffering from extreme depressive episodes and anxiety in years gone by, she brings deep empathy and understanding to her clients. She's seen it all and offers a non-judgmental space for clients to explore their challenges and unlock their full potential.

Vicki combines her business acumen with hypnotherapy to help clients rebalance their thoughts and emotions, overcome limiting beliefs, beat feelings of overwhelm, reduce anxiety around finances, moderate "control freak" tendencies, increase focus for creating efficient systems and workflow, increase confidence, reduce fear of public speaking, overcome debilitating perfectionism and procrastination, overcome imposter syndrome, improve relationships personally and professionally, instigate good self-care, and create a healthier work-life balance expectations.

Vicki also has years of experience working with neurodivergent business owners (specifically ADHD, ASD, and dyslexia), and has been diagnosed neurodivergent herself, so she is well-versed in the particular of challenges faced by such individuals.
