I am a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with 15 years of experience. I offer both in-person sessions at my friendly, professional clinic in Taunton and online services via your preferred platform. These platforms include Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, or FaceTime, ensuring flexibility and convenience.

As a highly qualified senior practitioner, trainer, and clinical supervisor, my approach is grounded in neuroscience and neuroplasticity. I guide clients in applying the three P’s—positive thinking, positive activity, and positive interaction—which are scientifically proven to support biochemical processes and trigger the release of key happiness hormones, such as endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin.
