I specialise in Weight loss, Emotional eating, disordered eating, binge eating, food addictions and body issues. I've helped many people over the years to break free from their diet cycle of deprivation, binge, feeling guilty and shame, to lose the weight only to put it all back on again. I am also passionate about natural health, healthy eating and naturopathy. In my sessions we work on the cause of your eating habits so you heal and the change is long lasting. We work on your diet so you find the best foods to help you get healthy. We change your relationship with food and to yourself to a happy and confident one.
