Overview

I am an online (international) and in person Hypnotherapist with over 15 years of specialist clinical experience. I am also an advanced EFT Practitioner, EMDR, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Wellness Coach. I work from my private practise at home in Hampton Court, but have worked for many years in world renowned clinics, including The Optimal Health Clinic in London where I specialised in the mind/body connection, helping people to recover from Burnout, Chronic Fatigue and other complex health conditions. Other areas of interest include Stress, Anxiety, PTSD, Neurodiversity (especially ADHD), and working with stressed teenagers.
