Overview

Tracey has her own private hypnotherapy practice based in Balham, South London, where she mainly works with overcoming anxiety and addictions, self esteem and confidence issues. Although most issues can be worked with through Hypnotherapy.
She specialises in working with Narcissistic abuse, where too often the trauma is insidious and has huge impact on our self worth, leading to all sorts of management or 'coping' behaviours.
Much of what we go through in our busy lives can be affected by how our basic, 'go to' thinking works and sometimes that is a bit off key, imagine how successful would we be if we truly believed in ourselves and talked to our inner self as we talked to our best friends.

Tracey also supervises and trains fellow practitioners, and asses the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma for the NCH.
Tracey has been on the NCH board for the best part of ten years, originally Ethics Director in 2015 and latterly Chairman from September 2016 until November 2024 when she retired from duty to focus on private work.
