Overview

I am a qualified hypnotherapist, an accredited (senior) member of the NCH, and also qualified as a solutions-focussed supervisor for other hypnotherapists. I have gained Licensed Master Practitioner status in Neuro Linguistic Programming, and am trained in Eye Movement Integration techniques for trauma. I am also a Practitioner of the OldPain2Go methodology for chronic pain conditions.

I offer kind, respectful hypnotic help, with the emphasis on moving forward. I work both face to face and by Skype. I have professional and supervisory links to the USA - in 2016 I was honoured to become co-moderator of the International Women's Hypnosis Forum "Hypnotic Women". In 2018-19 I was Secretary of the Scottish Hypnotherapy Foundation. I work from my Dunfermline base, with monthly clinics in Edinburgh City Centre and Southside. My practice specialises in working with anxiety issues and phobia. I also have specialisms in smoking cessation and tinnitus. I also offer occasional public courses on overcoming sugar addiction and getting over relationship loss.
