Overview

With over 12 years of client experience, I became an accredited NCH Supervisor in 2018. In my therapeutic work, I specialise in Anxiety, Chronic Pain, and Stress-Related Illnesses. Since founding Refreshed Minds in 2011, I’ve designed and delivered hundreds of corporate workshops for organisations such as Burberry, Britvic, and Leeds University.

At present, I’m focusing my time on supporting fellow hypnotherapists and am not taking on new one-to-one therapeutic clients.

Throughout my years of practice, I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many talented therapists who simply need a bit of guidance to build a business that ignites their passion, boosts their confidence, and enables them to deliver outstanding services to even more clients. Helping them grow their confidence and skills feels like my true calling and a meaningful way to contribute to this field.
