I specialise in helping women reduce anxiety and stress and process any previous trauma that may still be affecting you. I have developed a unique process that incorporates a combination of therapies. This process will enable you to change the relationship you hold with thoughts so that they no longer have a negative effect on you, empowering you to move forward with focus and confidence to develop a full and enriched life.

I deliver one-to-one therapy sessions and also coach groups in Mindfulness.
