Overview

I have been in private practice as a hypnotherapist since 1980 and deal with insomnia, work related stress, stage fright, grief, writing blocks, panic attacks and phobias. I have been accredited by the EMDR UK and Ireland Association to treat post traumatic stress disorder. I am also a hypnotherapy supervisor for the National Council for Hypnotherapy and a founder member of the James Braid Society.
