It can help people to rapidly achieve significant, positive changes in their lives. Hypnosis reduces anxiety and is done through gentle relaxation and visualization, allowing you to focus on the positive aspects of your life. This encourages a shift in your perspectives, which improves what you do, and how you feel.

Training, Qualifications & Experience
Hypnotherapy Training Practitioner Diploma Course, and have a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DHP) and a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD). Diploma in Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
I am the founder and a senior lecturer at The Clinical Hypnotherapy School.
I have experience in all aspects of clinical hypnotherapy, from anxieties and phobias to low mood and using hypnotherapy to support you during your chemotherapy. (see website for further information). I also practice hypnotherapy at the University of Wales Hospital, specialising in helping clients who are facing significant health challenges.
