I am qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Neuro Lingusitic Programming, Cognitive Bahavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation ( EMDR), Stress Management, Fertility to Birth, Emotion Solution Specialist & Reiki Practitioner who can help you make positive permanent changes to your life.

As the saying goes " you really are what you think" and what thoughts you give most attention to will become your reality.

My high level of training gives me the ability to use various techniques to help with so many issues. My specialisms are Anxiety, Depression, Panic disorders, Stress, Relationship Issues, Fears & Phobias, Low self Esteem and confidence, Medical issues, inc pain & IBS, exam nerves, relationship issues and Post Traumatic Stress and many more.

I work from my clinic from my garden office in Tilehurst Reading which offers a warm & relaxing environment, with plenty of free parking. I am an extremely caring therapist who is able to build instant rapport and trust with my clients. I also enjoy working with children of all ages. This is not just a job this is my passion which shows through my work.
