Overview

I am a clinical hypnotherapist and Neuro Llinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, practising from my home in the pleasant Lincoln village of Sturton by Stow. I provide a professional and confidential service. I am committed to helping people to improve their lives and to reach their full potential. I use a mixture of hypnotherapy, NLP and life coaching techniques to help clients overcome the obstacles that prevent them reaching their desired goals, whether that be to reduce stress and anxiety, stop smoking or to achieve their dream career.
