Hi, I’m Carol, thanks for visiting my profile.

I offer support to people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, unsettled or just don’t feel like themselves, helping them step into a life of empowering self-belief and purpose.

Whether you're feeling a bit lost, struggling with phobias, aiming for improved performance in sports or work, battling addictions, navigating menopause, or simply striving for greater fulfilment from life, I'm here to offer you my professional skills, experience, unwavering support and genuine care.

Coming from a nursing background, having experienced trauma and challenges in my own life, and now being a Mental Health First Aider, I understand how important it is that you feel you have the right professional to support you.

I am enhanced DBS checked, and also offer support to young people from the age of 16 years (conditions apply).

I offer appointments in person and online. Weekdays day time and evening. Saturdays daytime.
