Overview

I am an experienced Solution Focused Hypnotherapist working face to face and online in Bolton, Greater Manchester. I specialise in anxiety and anxiety related conditions such as stress, trauma, self esteem and confidence.

Alongside my passion to help people become the best they can be I am also a Hypnotherapy Supervisor supporting and mentoring Hypnotherapists and a Senior Lecturer at the Gold Standard CPHT Chester.
I hold an enhanced DBS and am fully insured. I am also an accredited member of the CNHC.

My calm and peaceful location in Bolton is easy to reach with excellent motorway links and ample free parking.
