I am a clinical hypnotherapist with 10+ years’ experience. If you need help with transforming your life or are experiencing signs of stress and anxiety, hypnotherapy can help. I work in a solution focused way, focusing on the present and the future, looking at where you want to be, how you want to feel.

As a hypnotherapist my aim is to offer a safe and supportive space where you can achieve those positive changes in your life. I specialise in stress, anxiety, confidence building, goal setting, weight management and IBS. I offer an effective evidence-based treatment for IBS called gut-directed hypnotherapy (GDH).
