Overview

My name is Jo and I offer TheraCoaching® to help people struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, phobia, depression, brain-fog, self-confidence issues, sleeplessness (and many other things) to lead calmer, clearer and ultimately happier lives.

My client base is varied, ranging from 7yrs to 87+. I specialise in working with Women and also Children and Teen clients.

I use a blend of therapy and coaching to help you get rapid mindset transformation to find your solutions in a way that feels just right for you.

I'm clinically trained as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, BRIEF therapist, Mindfulness Teacher, and Senior Lecturer with the Clinical Hypnotherapy School. I also have a 20+ year background in owning and running corporate business. This gives me a solid grounding in evidence-led practice and life experience to help you in a useful way.
