I qualified back in 2006 and still find great pleasure in helping people using the power of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. I now also supervise other hypnotherapists and lecture in brain research at CPHT ensuring I am abreast of current advancements. I specialise in all areas of anxiety, including panic attacks, dealing with change, eating habits and childbirth.
