Overview

I am a fully qualified and insured hypnotherapist based in Weybridge in Surrey. I help people with anxiety, stress and overwhelm. This could present as insomnia, phobias, panic attacks or even physical symptoms such as IBS or migraines. I help them to rediscover who they are, to stop waking up worrying at night and ultimately live a better life! I use hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, TFT (tapping) and NLP techniques to achieve this. I work from a lovely therapy room at the Body Mind Centre in the heart of Weybridge, Surrey, but can also work online for those further afield.

I also lecture for Ayurva Hypnotherapy training, offering hypnotherapy training courses online as well as face to face in Guildford, Surrey and Blackpool, Lancashire.
