Overview

I am a solution focused hypnotherapist which means I never have to delve into past traumatic experiences or make you face your fears in order to help you effect change in your life.
My job is to support, guide, enable and encourage you to resolve your own issues. My job is to help you fix you.
By using scientific backed practice and research I can enable clients to design their own future and take the necessary steps towards it.
I have face to face clinics in Harpenden and the surrounding areas and am also available for Online Sessions via Zoom.
