I’m here to support you out of dark and uncomfortable places. Whether it’s stress, anxiety or anything else stealing your happiness, we’ve got this. I’ll be guiding you with honesty, kindness and humour to find your way…your way.

If you choose to work with me, we can meet in person or online. We’ll gently reveal the tools within you to remove blocks and heal yourself. We’ll find ways for you to see more light, feel more at ease and gain confidence in life.

As my client, there’s a weekly hour dedicated to your healing process. A safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where we can explore what’s going on for you. We’ll discuss how your mind works and focus on solutions and positive changes to empower you to take back control.
