I am a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist with 26 years' corporate experience in coaching people to help them achieve their goals and life wishes

I have worked in environments that have enabled me to hone my people coaching experience, knowing along my journey that I wanted to help people from observing the impact tiny changes and adaptions and how that can make people feel about themselves, overcoming hurdles and positively getting back on track

I have worked to expand my knowledge through further education and incorporate these skills into my practice
