Overview

Hi I'm Rebeka and I'm a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. I am a member of NCH and AfSFH, currently working towards my Advanced Hypnotherapy qualification, fully DBS checked and qualified to work with adults and children over the age of 5.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern approach and is supported by neuroscientific research.

I use a combination of psychotherapy and hypnosis (trance). Trance is simply a relaxed state where the mind can focus on positive thoughts and suggestions. When you are in this state you have access to the subconscious mind which helps you to process your thoughts and generate solutions, helping you to move forwards with small positive changes without having to focus on any past problems or traumas.

Focusing on the solution really is…THE SOLUTION.
