I trained as a QCH™ Practitioner with the renowned Quest Institute, achieving a DipCHyp (Diploma of Cognitive Hypnotherapy), HPD and NLP Master Practitioner certification.

As a therapist, healer, trainer and business mentor, I am uniquely placed to support heart-led business owners to banish the success and confidence gremlins and step up to the next level of their business.

I am also an NCH accredited Hypnotherapy supervisor and offer supervision to heart-led therapists
