Overview

Under the umbrella of 'Wellbeing Therapies' I offer Hypnotherapy treatments to adults for stress, anxiety, low mood, smoking/vaping cessation, weight loss and more, plus options for Nature Therapy treatments for both adults and children. I work with children (including those on the Spectrum) who need support with using their inner resources to manage their emotions to be less fearful about situations. I work with older adults who are coping with the mental challenges of chronic conditions and terminal disease and younger people who are experiencing feelings of depondency about life.
I also provide weekly mindfulness-based online sessions to promote relaxation and stress reduction, with the aim of providing quality 'Me Time' for participants.
